Clothing must be brought in
clean, drycleaned/pressed if neccessary. We DO NOT accept clothing
that is wrinkled, missing buttons, has broken zippers, smells musty or
smoky, or is "too washed”. We do not accept underwear or bras unless
in original packaging.
Clothing should be on hangers, so that
it goes on the floor as quickly as possible, however it is not necessary. NO WIRE HANGERS PLEASE.
Styles of clothing and shoes
MUST BE within the last 1-2 years, seasonally correct, and trendy to classic styles.
Karma Korner will
not accept certain items (see list) without owners consent.
All toys are to be clean and prepackaged.
(Ziploc bags are acceptable).
Tools, including handtools
and powertools will only be accepted prior to
owner’s approval.
Sheets will only be accepted in complete sets.
Furniture with holes, cat scratches, severe
gouging, pet hair, etc… Dirty or broken furniture will not be put on the
floor.
Appliances, including small appliances, need
to be in good working condition and clean. No frayed wires, food residue,
or baked on grease.
The consignment period is for 90
days. Unsold items available after 90 days are clearanced
and we will contact you.
IF your items are in our store longer than 90
days it automatically becomes property of Karma Korner
or we donate to the charity of our choice.
It is the consignor’s responsibility to check
the status of their accounts only once a week and to
keep up with consignment end dates. We do not contact the consignors
regarding account balances or remind the consignor of ending
consignment periods.Consignors who
want to reclaim their items before 60 days are welcome to do so. If the
items require more than one person, your friend or Karma Korner employees, to move, there will be a $10
handling fee payable immediately.Items that are easily removed will not have a handling fee only if
consignor can take that item from store unassisted.
Karma Korner decides
the prices on any and all merchandise. However, we are happy to discuss
the price of a particular item with you.
Karma Korner does
not itemize items brought in for consignment.It is the customer’s responsibility to
keep their own itemized list.
You, the consignor, receives
60% of the selling price when an item sells within your 90 day consignment
period. You may call or email us to check the
balance in your account. You can use your credit in the store towards any
merchandise or…….
You can also request a check (See consignor
payment schedule), once you have a balance of $20 or more. There is a $2.00 fee to mail your check.
A 24 hour notice needs to be given when
requesting a print out of items sold.However, items sold within the previous two weeks may not be
reflected on the printout.
NO CASH REFUNDS.In store credit only within 48 hours of
original purchase with receipt.
NO REFUNDS ON ELECTRONIC AND DIGITAL DEVICES,
LOTIONS, POWDERS, BOOKS, CDS, DVDS, VHS OR ELECTRONIC MEDIA.
A $35 NSF fee will be charged on all returned
checks.
Consignors will be required to provide photo
ID when dropping off items for consignment.NO ID = NO CONSIGN = NO EXCEPTIONS!

THE RIGHT TO DISPOSE OF ITEMS THAT ARE NOT GOING TO BE SOLD.IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR ITEMS DISPOSED OF, IT
IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP TRACK OF THOSE ITEMS.KARMA KORNER WILL ALSO CALL YOU TO PICK UP
YOUR ITEMS, ONLY IF YOU REQUEST THAT PRIOR TO THEM BEING PUT ON THE FLOOR FOR SALE.KARMA KORNER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST,
STOLEN OR BROKEN ITEMS.WE RESERVE THE
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE.
